This website was founded by Dr Colinda Linde, a clinical psychologist and CBT specialist based in Johannesburg, South Africa. Says Colinda: “There’s a high demand for CBT services globally—a clear indication of its efficacy. However, adequately trained, experienced CBT psychologists are relatively scarce, especially in this country. And sometimes, you need help quickly, or your medical insurance has run out, or you’re looking to go beyond what your therapist can provide. For all these reasons, and more, I’ve created and co-created various self-help solutions, many of which are available through this website. I trust that they’ll make a difference for you—that, by using them, you’ll learn to manage yourself to have a different, better experience of life.”

Concepts like hard or soft lockdown, essential services, to mask or not to mask, have [...]
